About Me Professionally
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been private practice since 2013. Before working for myself, I worked in a variety of agency settings providing individual therapy, group therapy, case management and community based-trainings. I have extensive experience working with survivors of traumatic brain injury, and have expanded my work and training to include treatment of trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
About My Practice
I decided to open up my practice so that I could provide services to people with a focus on the whole person. Instead of just focusing on a diagnosis, I like to look at each person's strengths, resources and resiliency while also addressing symptoms. My work integrates the use of evidence-based practices with the art of figuring out what is most helpful for each individual. My practice incorporates the use of:
