WholeTherapy offers a free phone consultation with a therapist so we can briefly address if our services might be a good fit for you. Because we believe that establishing a good working relationship is so important to successful therapeutic outcomes, we encourage new clients to come in for an in-person 30 minute consultation with a therapist so that you can get a better feel of that therapist and their treatment style. WholeTherapy currently has one licensed therapists, Coral Link. Below are WholeTherapy's rates:

  • 15 minute phone consultation: FREE

  • 30 minute in-person initial consultation: $25

  • 60 minute individual counseling session with Coral Link: $165

  • 90 minute EMDR session: $190

Insurance

At this time WholeTherapy does not accept insurance, however WholeTherapy is able to provide an invoice for third party reimbursement to your health insurance provider.  Many insurance companies reimburse for out of network providers. Some people choose to use their health savings account or flex spending account which do not require a diagnosis or limit services in any way. 

Victims Compensation

WholeTherapy therapists are able to work with most districts to provide counseling services. Please contact WholeTherapy with questions about how to get counseling services approved.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted.  Payment is due at the time of service, no late payments accepted. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your therapist at WholeTherapy at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
